What is the turnaround time for my images?

You should receive your unedited JPEGs via a dropbox link within 3 days after the shoot. Standard retouched images will be completed within 14 days. Express retouching will be completed within 36 hours.

Do you require a deposit?

A $200 deposit is required for all packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel before 48 hours prior to the shoot to receive a full refund or credit towards another date.

For last minute circumstances outside of our control (weather) your deposit will be credited towards another shoot.

Can I shoot with a friend?

Yes! There are no surcharges for photography sessions with more than one person. You may want to consider adding extra time to allow for different shots.

Where are you located?

I am located in the Surf Coast, but I also service Melbourne. I love using the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast for my shoots, so I highly recommend venturing down here if you can!
