You should receive your unedited JPEGs via a dropbox link within 3 days after the shoot. Standard retouched images will be completed within 14 days. Express retouching will be completed within 36 hours.

Yes! A 50% deposit is required for all packages to ensure commitment from both parties

The cancellation policy will depend on the specific circumstances of your photoshoot. 
For most photoshoots, I require 36 hours notice to receive a full refund or credit towards another date. 

If I have booked other services for our photoshoot such as a studio location or makeup artist, the cancellation policy will depend on these services. Every photography quote will include specific details about your specific cancellation policy.

If an outdoor shoot needs to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions or any circumstances outside of your control, your deposit will be credited towards another date.

Yes! There are no surcharges for photography sessions with more than one person. You may want to consider adding extra time to allow for different shots.

I am located in the Surf Coast and Geelong region, but I also service Melbourne as well as touring Sydney frequently. I love using the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast for my shoots, so I highly recommend venturing down here if you can!
